Pah! A Deaf community event after long years of lockdowns in Victoria.
We will have an afternoon and evening of fun activities for all ages from toddler to seniors, with backyard games, Deaf Market stalls, kids performing workshop with a special guest.
These afternoon activities will be followed by some Deaf music and Auslan performances in the evening.
Food trucks will be on site from 2pm – 8pm, including a coffee truck that will be converted into a bar during the evening.
All Deaf and Hard of Hearing people welcome.
* Pah is a term used in Auslan that roughly translates to finally, about time and at last!
The North Magdalen Laundry is universally accessible, and the related Mezzanine space is accessible via an elevator. Gender-neutral and accessible toilets are available within the venue.
