[Past Event] IN GOOD COMPANY

The Melbourne Art Therapy Studio is proud to present IN GOOD COMPANY, an exhibition of INSIDER art. This exhibition rewrites the existing narrative of artists living with disabilities and struggles as being “other” and producing “outsider art”. We are all here, in the inside space together, and everyone is welcome to come and join.

This group exhibition is a celebration of diversity, of using creativity to enhance wellbeing, of surviving 2 years or more of a pandemic, of uniqueness and the ability to express ourselves through art making. The participants of the Melbourne Art Therapy Studio have come out the other side of the lockdowns with some incredible works of art, and wish to share their achievements with friends, family, other artists and YOU!
